“People join Hassell for our projects but they stay for the experience – and that’s what’s really important to me.”
Emma has helped develop people and shape culture in a wide range of workplaces – from not-for-profit organisations to government departments to Fortune 500 companies.
At Hassell Emma connects with leadership and teams across the whole practice to support learning, development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
She brings a wealth of experience to her role, which she approaches with warmth and the kind of passion that inspires others to do their best work.
As part of our leadership group, Emma helps steer the business planning process globally and works with teams and staff members to make sure we achieve the goals we set both individually and collectively.
Emma is also a mentor to a number of emerging HR and other professionals both within and outside Hassell.
